Clinging to Thy Cross

I "stole" this from Dr. Milton's Facebook status:
 

"Give me perpetual broken-heartedness; keep me always clinging to Thy cross." This prayer is scribbled in my journal. It reminds me to, again, lay the pride&pomp of life at the Cross of Christ, where the glorious grace & just judgment of God collided on the sinless flesh of His Son, bringing about unexpected self revelation that leads to new life for all sinners who will but be broken of self and believe, & "cling."
